1.How

2.How
do we heat our products?
Our products rely on professional carbon
fiber heating elements, high quality battery and ger packs. About the
carbon-fiber heating element, you literally cannot tell whether or not they are
in the fabric. Flexible and waterproof. Our own Lithium Ion Batteries are made
specifically for our products, which means don’t try to plug anything else in!
It may look like it fits, but it won’t and it may actually cause items to
break. We’re the leading exporter of heating products, we are doing the best
what we can do.
3.How long does a re geable
battery pack last?
One
fully- ged Heatsupport re geable battery pack lasts up to 6
hours on the lowest setting and about 3 hours on the highest setting. It
takes about 3 hours to ge up a flat battery pack.
4.How do I adjust the
heating level?
When the controller and battery pack are connected,
press the button on the controller to adjust the heat level. All the batteries
have four levels, press once for high level, press again to lower and the third
press to the lowest level , then again to turn off.
5.What if my Heatsupport
doesn t get warm?
Follow the 3 steps below:
1. Wait
a few minutes to feel the warmth. The Heatsupport
produces a gentle warmth not a sudden burst of heat.
2. Check
the Heatsupport plug is connected to the ged battery pack.
3. If
you are using a re geable battery pack, ensure it is ged by
plugging the re geable Battery Pack into the ger in a wall outlet when
the battery pack is switch the “ON” position. If there is a red light on the
Battery Pack, it needs ging. It is fully ged when a green light is on
and the battery switch is “ON”.
